The Aguada Anchorage estate is located on the Sinquerim coastline adjoining the Fort Aguada Beach Resort and five minutes from the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are all close by.
The estate includes a swimming pool, large landscaped gardens, a 24 hour-a-day security service, reception with money exchange facilities and safety deposit boxes. There is also a mini gymnasium.
Each villa has a lounge and dining area, along with a kitchen and three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and linen and a dressing table, wardrobe and linen. The kitchenettes contain fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, cooking range, food processor, toaster, electric kettle, geysers and dish washer and are fully-equipped with crockery and cutlery. Other appliances include iron and ironing board and a 2- inch television set.
